Bills Shoes offers the following Returns Policy: Shoes may be returned for credit, in new and unworn condition, in original box, 7 days after recieving them. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise and will issue credit if found to be in the same condition as sent to you. Credit will be issued for the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee, and minus shipping charges through the original method of payment
